Ladies and gentlemen, this is the airport speaking. It wishes to inform you that Cabin Pressure Christmas cards are now on sale from my Redbubble shop. There are four designs to choose from: Merry Jolly Noël, Martin’s Brolly, Get Dressed with Arthur and Le Bear Polar. Also, if you buy 8 cards, Redbubble gives you a 20% discount!

The MJN crew are also available on a t-shirt or a sticker, either of which would make an ideal present for anyone who doesn’t want a Toblerone or a hat with a lemon taped to it…

More Medieval Cabin Pressure! Sorry…

And now, my own contribution to mums-the-nerd's Medieval Cabin Pressure meme. (You can make your own over here!)

Here is some news! I seem to have opened a Redbubble shop, and my first t-shirt design, depicting this mini version of the Cabin Pressure crew, is now on sale. Tell your friends, your relatives, the beneficent deity of your choice, or indeed anyone else you can convince to buy you a present!

More designs, featuring Sherlock, Hannibal and other fandoms, will be added in the not-too-distant future. I already have a shortlist of ideas that I’m sloooowly working my way through, but if there’s a bit of my art that you would especially like to wear on your torso, do let me know and I’ll give it some consideration…

Edited to add: The same design is now available as a sticker or a greetings card or postcard!

For some bizarre reason, I found myself pondering the question “What would a Stone Age version of Cabin Pressure be called?” Here’s my answer. I also imagine that Gerti would be an elderly and temperamental pterodactyl….

I’ve made a new batch of Cabin Pressure icons, including all sort of silliness from series 4. Take as many as you like and use them anywhere you want!

Arthur seemed very keen to emulate the sophistication of black and white times, so I thought I’d give him a little help. Heaven only knows he needs it…

This week’s Cabin Pressure featured the excellent idea of using Arthur’s unstoppable helpfulness as a sort of superpower. But why stop there? Arthur could be an ACTUAL superhero. In fact, he could be LOTS of superheroes…

In tribute to this week’s Cabin Pressure, here’s an ill-advised treat from the MJN drinks trolley. Serve with a slice of travelling lemon and keep away from direct sunlight…

Due to a complicated series of events, I somehow ended up flicking through a copy of Flying magazine from 1982 on Google Books and discovered these small ads, which reminded me irresistibly of Cabin Pressure. I can only assume that Gertie has somehow learned to time-travel…

A 1972 ad for gas water heating. Please don’t show it to Arthur from Cabin Pressure, because he’d probably start insisting on having cold showers all the time in the belief that it would actually turn him into a polar bear. Because, of course, polar bears are brilliant.
